heya!!! long time didn post sumthing...wat to say?...ummm....this term is v busy coz of food tech...we have SAT (school assess task)...tat means we have to make 7 products...once every week....n tat means this task takes us 7 weeks!!! Its not as easy as 'only cooking ma..' we hav to do research for every product we make...hav to write notes and ideas....which is bout wats the function of each ingredients we use, wats the function of the equipment we use, explain the process n write work plan....take a long time...this week i'm making the 4th product: Chicken and Red Pepper Pasties...sounds good ya? b4 this i've made jam, sweet potato dinner rolls and pumpkin ice cream...hehe....fun when making the products but not fun when writting notes....so yummy!!!...hav to borrow so many books....i'm now screwed!!! Can't borrow the pastry book....so cant continue my notes...tomoro hav to hand in la~~~ hope i can finish 2moro 1st period coz i hav FREE!!! kla...need to do chem now...take care!!!
